We also provide labroratory tests and prescription drugs if appropriate. Lab Tests: During the visit, if laboratory test (blood counts, throat cultures, mono tests, urine tests, pap smears) need to be conducted or services such as acquiring an air cast or stitches and/or attaining prescription medication, the cost incurred by these services are the responsibility of the student. A list of the lab fees are listed below. We strive to keep these costs at a minimum. Students are encouraged to pay for these services at the time of service; however, if they cannot, the charge will be added to their bill in the Bursars Office. We accept cash, check, debit and credit card as forms of payment. In the event that you need extensive laboratory work conducted and you provide us with your insurance information, we are happy to forward that information to the laboratory for billing. However, in the event that your insurance company refuses payment, the cost of the lab work will be your responsibility. It is always helpful to discuss with your insurance company the scope of their coverage as it pertains to you as a student at Keene State College prior to your arrival on campus.
