Cohen Center for Holocaust Studies

Each year the Cohen Center sponsors a series of annual events for the public. We have attracted noted scholars and Holocaust survivors in our Memorial Lecture Series. Our Kristallnacht Remembrance is a unique and powerful event that brings the local community together in commemoration to both preserve the memory of what happened during the November pogrom and to confront contemporary issues of genocide, injustice, and bigotry. Yom Ha'Shoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) is the focus for our Hildebrandt Awards that honors scholarship and student work in Holocaust studies.

Special events occur throughout the year. Scroll down to see the current list.

Receive and read our newsletter and check the news feature, "From the Center Out."
