This catalog contains policies, programs, and procedures of Keene State College in effect at the time of preparation: June 2009. Keene State College reserves the right to change any of its rules and regulations at any time, including those relating to admission, instruction, and graduation. The right to withdraw curricula and specific courses, alter course content, change the calendar, and impose or increase tuition or other fees similarly is reserved. All changes are effective at such times as the proper authorities determine and may apply not only to prospective students but also to those who are already enrolled in the College. The provisions of this catalog are not, and should not be construed to be, a contract between the student and the College.
