The Body and Sexuality in Society

Seminar introduces students to social benefits and practices related to the human body with a focus on gender and sexuality. Topics include socialization, cultural constructions of masculinity and femininity, body image, aging bodies, sexual harassment, rape, pornography and sex work, and new reproductive technologies.
