NURS301 – 2 credits
The purpose of this course is to explicate the values and philosophy of the Nursing Program and helps students to develop an understanding of issues confronting professional nurses. Emphasis is on history, trends, policy issues and the inter-relatedness of these factors with socio-cultural forces affecting the quality, nature and delivery of basic nursing care.
