Operations Management

Gives students the opportunity to learn basic operations management techniques to improve the efficiency with which work is accomplished in any type of organization. Inventory control models, queuing theory, simulation, and decision theory are among the topics covered. Prerequisites: MGT 202 and MGT 213 and junior standing, or permission of the instructor.
