U.S. in Crisis: 1920-1950


Special attention is given to the turbulent '20s and market crash, the anxieties of the '30s and governmental response, the U.S. role in World War II and home front repercussions for women and Japanese Americans, and postwar traumas of bomb, cold war, and domestic readjustment.
