October 1, 2012 - Turn in Intent-to-Graduate form

Registar's Office - audit letters will be sent after the form is submitted. Call Marcia Barrett at 603-358-2355 with questions.

April 3, 2013, noon to 7 p.m. and April 4, 2013, noon to 6 p.m. - Commencement Fair

A one-stop shop for Commencement services takes place in the Student Center’s Madison Street Lounge. Pick up your cap and gown, order a ring and announcements, and do your planning for Commencement 2013.

April 5, 2013 - Complete Commencement Participation Form

Completing this form is your ticket to the Commencement Fair and Commencement Ceremony. Find it at your ksc.keene.edu account.

May 3, 2013: Pay all financial obligations

May 3, 2013 - Confirm address

Registrar's Office – 603-358-2355. Confirm mailing address for diploma and transcripts.

May 3, 2013 - Return all library books and materials

May 10, 2013 - Nursing Pinning Ceremony

1 p.m.: Redfern Arts Center Recital Hall

May 10, 2013 - Spring Honors Convocation

3:15 p.m.: Graduate check-in

4 p.m.: Ceremony begins in Spaulding Gym Recreation Center

May 11, 2013 - Commencement

11:30 a.m.: Graduates line up in Spaulding Gym
12:15 p.m.: Procession to Fiske Quad
1 p.m.: Ceremony begins

May 12, 2013 - Final move-out

Residence halls close at noon

June 2013 - Complete Exit Counseling

All graduating students with Direct Stafford Loans must complete exit counseling. Please go to www.nslds.ed.govto complete this requirement. Exit materials for other loans will be mailed directly to students.
