Continental Breakfast
9 a.m.
Lloyd P. Young Student Center
If you are showing up Saturday morning, we are planning to attend the Continental Breakfast. We haven't heard about anyone being interested in the Class Photo at 10:30am but we may rally whoever is awake to make that happen.
Parade of Classes
Noon
Line up along Appian Way, between the Young Student Center and
Putnam Science Center
Parade of Classes is the corniest, goofiest, yet kinda' coolist thing to do...at least at that moment. We'll be there with The Banner. Scott sings, Jim "Sully" Sullivan dances, Samantha Barrett McKinlay yodels...and people weep with joy.
Class of '87 Gathering
1- 4 p.m.
Oya Hill
Talk about an understated event ...we don't even know if there's power for music there. But, this is where the blue grass bands played and this is where we gathered and beer flowed on many a spring Saturday in the 80's...and we shall again. Pop-up shade tents, hacky sacks, frisbees and 70's & 80's music will be there, somehow. BYOB coolers, seating and munchies too if you like. They don't know this yet but Sully and Samantha are going to figure out the food situation for the crowd if pizzas or other group-eats are desired. This will be fantastic, especially if the weather is good. We invite all to join us, young and old.
Dueling Pianos
8 p.m.
Lloyd P. Young Student Center
Yes, we signed up. Yes, we'll have a drink there and enjoy it for a short bit.
Pajama and/or Robe Party
9:30 p.m.
Pondside III dorm lounge
Belushi made it famous in Animal House...we perfected it our Senior Week.
Tunes, munchies, BYOB. Scott will be sporting some of his finest robeware this particular evening. If you don't have a robe, steal one...but expect to lose a sleeve. We will have had our fill of nightlife on the town from the night before so this will be a not-so-soft landing to beddy-bye. Catch up one final time with schoolmates. |
