Job Description: Student Technicians work in support of the Helpdesk to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technology related issues called/mailed into the Helpdesk. Your job is to answer phones, log trouble tickets, and troubleshoot technology related issues over the phone and/or within faculty and staff offices as well as students dormitories. Student technicians also deliver and pick-up technology equipment needed for academic classes, presentations, and campus events as well as provide basic training on that equipment.
