Advancement Division
Maryann LaCroix Lindberg joined Keene State College in December 2008 after a national search by the University System of New Hampshire Board of Trustees. Charged with leading the Advancement Division, Lindberg brings nearly 30 years of experience in development, communications, marketing and constituent relations to the newly formed division.
Prior to joining KSC, Lindberg served as the executive director of the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania Foundation and as managing partner of First Side Partners, a development and communications consulting firm serving non-profit organizations in the Pittsburgh region. She has held various positions at higher education institutions ranging from a small specialty college to large research institutions. Lindberg has also served in the arts and health and social service sectors. She has been a professional musician, arts administrator, financial and real estate manager and foreign language translator and interpreter.
Lindberg holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Penn State University. She is a certified fundraising executive, and has served as both president and member of various chapters of both the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is in the 2011 Class of Leadership New Hampshire.
Lindberg lives in Keene with her husband, Bob and their son Erik, a sophomore at Keene High School. Their daughter, Signe, is a junior in college in Pennsylvania. Together, they have three dogs, love the outdoors, and are enjoying getting to know the welcoming people in New Hampshire.

The Advancement Division is located in the Alumni Center, located at the intersection of Main, Winchester, and Marlboro Street.
Advancement Division Departments
The Advancement Division, located in the Alumni Center, includes the following departments:
- Advancement Services: Manages the College's external constituent database, including all alumni, parents and friend records. Enters and updates addresses, gifts, activities and interests, awards and other aspects of each constituent's relationship with KSC. Receives and acknowledges more than 3,200 gifts each year. Provides reports and lists to campus offices to help them manage their interactions with alumni and other constituents. Michelle Fuller, Director.
- Alumni and Parent Relations: Develops relationships with and supports more than 25,000 alumni and parents and families of 5,500 students. Engages constituents through volunteer activities, programs for connecting and reconnecting, and opportunities to foster pride in the relationship formed with KSC and our students. - Development: Develops partnerships with College alumni, friends, corporations, foundations, and other constituents who can fund scholarships (our greatest need), faculty and academic program support, support for athletic and artistic programs, building construction and renovation, and other campus needs. - Marketing and Communications: Provides communications to help inform and engage various internal and external constituent groups. Promotes the College and its programs, performances, and athletic events to prospective students, alumni, donors, friends, and the general community.
