Christine joined the staff at Keene State College in September of 2003. Prior to working at Keene State, she spent 13 years as the Coordinator of Health Education at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Christine has a bachelor's in Health Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a master's in Educational Management from Lesley University. Additionally, she holds a MCHES (Master Certified Health Education Specialist) certification through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
As the Director of the Center for Health and Wellness, Chris is responsible for the overall operation of the department. This includes providing leadership in college health, budget management, staff supervision and representing the department within the Division of Student Affairs.
She also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Health Science department.
Chris is an active member of the New England College Health Association, serving as a board member from 2005 through 2009 and currently serving on the Program Planning Committee.
In her spare time, Chris likes to spend time with her family and friends, likes to ride her bike and work out, and loves to read.
