Cindy Knipe is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist and is the clinical liaison for the Keene State College Dietetic Internship Program as well as adjunct faculty, advisor and preceptor for the Program. Cindy has worked for the Dietetic Internship since 2005.
Cindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and Nutrition from Keene State College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Franklin Pierce University. She has advanced training in the field of Eating Disorders.
In addition to her work at KSC, Cindy has a private practice in Keene providing individual nutrition counseling and consulting services to colleges, businesses and non-profit organizations in the Monadnock Region and surrounding communities.
Cindy has worked in the clinical setting since 2005 in both community and psychiatric hospitals, as well as in an out-patient oncology setting.
Cindy is the nutrition consultant for the Keene Family Y’s Programs “Activity is Good Medicine” and “Family BeFit.”
