Dr. Ginsberg is an accomplished musician, composer, teacher, and historian. She holds B.A. and B.M. degrees from Oberlin College (in Music and Judaic Studies), an M.M. in Composition from Ball State University, and a D.M.A. in Composition from the University of Cincinnati. She spent her senior year in college living on Kibbutz Tzora as well as studying at Hebrew Union College in Jerusalem.
