Katherine Bills is an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Geography Department. She earned her Master's in Geography from the University of Victoria in 2012 and her BA in Geography from Keene State College in 2010.
Before coming to Keene State to teach, she was a Technical Aide on the SR520 Bridge Replacement and for the HOV Program Office at Parametrix. She also worked as an administrator in the Washington State Department of Transportation; a Medical Secretary at Suffield by the River in Connecticut; a Teaching Assistant for the Geography 218, Cultural Geography courses at the University of Victoria; a Marking Assistant for the Geography 347B and Geographies of Development courses at the University of Victoria; and a substitute teacher for School Administrative Unit 29 Keene School teaching middle school science, math, social studies, and English to classes of 14 or more students.
While a student at KSC, she was a student assistant in the Geography Department where she worked one-on-one with the department Chair to conduct research, organize and analyze data, maintain library of maps, and prepare information to be presented in select courses.
She is a member of the American Association of Geographers.
