Our department offers both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree, as well as a Biology minor

If you're interested in the life sciences, we'll encourage you to explore the natural world and uncover the insights and skills you need to interpret your discoveries through your scientific understanding.

Whether you simply have a keen interest in biology that you'd like to apply in another field, or if you have a more dedicated interest that you'd like to take on to graduate school, technical employment, or professions such as medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, optometry, teaching, forestry, and wildlife management, the Biology program will give you the training you need to pursue your goals.
