The Honors Program is looking for outstanding students with a diverse array of academic and social interests. The program offers students a place for exploring their interests in an exciting and challenging atmosphere. The Honors Program is open to students pursuing any major. Prospective students interested in participating in this academically challenging and enriching program should have a minimum of 3.25 GPA through high school and 1050 SAT (cumulative Verbal and Math). Once the student is officially notified of their acceptance at Keene State College, they will receive an invitation to apply for the Honors Program. The review of applications will begin on January 22nd, 2008 for early consideration. The final deadline for submission of applications is February 15th, 2008. Applications postmarked after February 15th will not be considered. Final notification of acceptance into the Honors Program will be sent by March 15th 2008. The admission process into the Honors Program is highly competitive. The decision is made taking into consideration the student's performance, and the quality of the portfolio submission and reflective essay. This portfolio should include:
