Wolverhampton, which is famous for its industrial heritage, boasts an exciting center with a wealth of opportunities for dining and entertainment all within walking distance of the main campus. Located in the West-Midlands about two hours north of London, this exciting city attracts very few tourists, making it a great place to experience true English culture. Other nearby highlights include the beautiful Shropshire and Staffordshire countryside, and the radiant and reenergized city of Birmingham, England's second largest, which is host to an international airport offering access to the rest of Europe and the world.

Richard Smith serves at the KSC-University of Derby Program Coordinator, providing support and cross cultural advice to the KSC program participants. Richard was an exchange student at Keene State College. He works in conjunction with the International Office at the University of Wolverhampton.
