Chile: Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaìso (PUCV)
The Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaìso (PUCV) is located next to the Pacific Ocean in the port city of Valparaìso, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Less than two hours from ChileÍs busting capital city of Santiago, Valparaiso houses the Chilean Congress and shares its ocean frontage with sister city Vina del Mar.
