Timeline for the 2010 conference
November 2009
Students should begin working with their faculty/staff mentor(s) to develop a proposal for the Academic Excellence Conference.
Guidelines and types of presentations are posted online.
Wednesday, December 9, 2009 - 5 p.m.
Deadline for submitting online proposals. Additionally, a copy of the printed proposal form must be signed by your mentor and submitted to Donna Hinz in Hale building by 5 p.m. (Hale building is locked up at 5 p.m.)

The Academic Excellence Conference Committee reviews submitted proposals.

Students and faculty/staff mentors are notified of proposal status via their KSC e-mail.
Friday, February 5, 2010 5 p.m.
Deadline for resubmitting abstracts in need of edits and revisions. Revised abstracts are to be e-mailed to Donna Hinz by the mentor, using this template.
