Application Checklist
- Application
- Three Recommendations. This should include one recommendation from an instructor and at least one from a work supervisor. The recommendation must be sent sealed with the writer's signature across the flap of the envelope. Use the ADA recommendation form and requested narrative.
- Verification Statement/Declaration of Intent. This must be signed by the official Program Representative from your undergraduate program. The signature must be an original and in a color other than black ink.
- Official Transcripts from all Post Secondary Schools Attended.
- Personal Essay. See application guidelines for specific questions. All questions must be addressed and each question must be answered individually. There is no minimum or maximum to this essay, but it is expected that answers will be clear and concise, while completely expressing your thoughts regarding each question.
- $50 Application Fee made out to Keene State College.
- Postcard Verifying Receipt of Complete Application. If you put your name and address and a stamp on a postcard, we will return it to you to verify that your application is complete or to let you know what item(s) are missing.
- Portfolio Materials. See the Portfolio Guidelines for more details regarding the contents of the portfolio. Include information that will help the selection committee to determine your qualifications. Portfolios are used to score and rank applicants.
