Decision Point Five:

Eligibility Check for Recommendation for Endorsement for NH Certification

ELED Secondary K-12
  • Degree completion (clearance from Registrar)
  • Financial Clearance from Bursar
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75*
  • Minimum GPA of 2.50 in declared Liberal Arts major
  • Minimum GPA of 2.50 in Program Option courses
  • C or better in all Program Option courses
  • Successful completion of NH state testing requirements for certification, with requisite scores achieved.
  • No “1s” (on a 3-level rubric) or no “1s” or “2s” ( on a 4-level rubric) can be received on the EPP Final Field Experience Evaluation form and/or applicable program-specific evaluation form from Student Teaching, completed by the site supervisor.
  • A “2-Developing” or a “3-Acceptable” must be achieved in the Dispositions Assessment form from Student Teaching, completed by site supervisor
  • Financial Clearance from Bursar
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75*
  • Minimum GPA of 2.50 in declared Content major
  • Minimum GPA of 2.50 in EDUC and EDSP courses
  • C or better in all EDUC and EDSP courses
  • Successful completion of NH state testing requirements for certification with requisite scores achieved and program-approved equivalent final content assessment submitted.
  • No “1s” (on a 3-level rubric) or no “1s” or “2s” ( on a 4-level rubric) can be received on the EPP Final Field Experience Evaluation form and/or applicable program-specific evaluation form from Student Teaching, completed by the college supervisor.
  • “A “2-Developing” or a “3-Acceptable” must be achieved in the Dispositions Assessment form from Student Teaching, completed by college supervisor

  • No “1s” (on a 3-level rubric) or no “1s” or “2s” ( on a 4-level rubric) can be received on the EPP Final Field Experience Evaluation form and/or applicable program-specific evaluation form from Student Teaching, completed by the college supervisor.
  • “A “2-Developing” or a “3-Acceptable” must be achieved in the Dispositions Assessment form from student teaching completed by college supervisor

NOTE *Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher with minimum of 12 KSC credits required of KSC students declared prior to 2014-15 catalog.
