Note: *Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher with minimum of 12 KSC credits required of KSC students declared using the 2014-2015 catalog and beyond.

Student Responsible for:
Submitting Praxis Core Academic Skills for Educators test scores (Reading, Writing, Mathematics)
Admission to Educator Preparation Application (in Tk20)
Admission to Educator Preparation application fee
- Completing and submitting Declaration of Major (to Elliot Center) as applicable by program.
Faculty Responsible for:
- Dispositions Assessment, as needed
