New Chapter, Inc., an innovative nutritional supplement company, is interviewing for a high performing individual to join our mission-driven organization. We seek a talented Sales Accounting Coordinator to join our Sales department in Brattleboro, Vermont in a culture that fosters wellness and social responsibility.

Job Summary:
Provide administrative accounting support to sales force by coordinating accounting functions such as expense reports, purchase orders, credit card coding /reconciliation, and advertising invoices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the outside field to code, approve and record credit card transactions per company policy; ensure budgets are maintained and deadlines are met
Match receipts to expense reports and review coding to make sure no errors were missed and provide final approvals to accounting
Inputs training requests into budget and contacts appropriate team members if there are any questions or more information needed
Interface with accounting on all purchase order, expense report, and credit card or advertising issues and bring issues to resolution
Process all department cash expense reports in a timely manner within the policy guidelines. Interact with Regional Managers and Sales Accounting Manager on any issues or approvals needed
Maintains the Demo program process to ensure that requests are submitted and vendors paid in a timely manner
Work closely with other members of Sales Accounting to enter POs for advertising commitments, track approved expenditures and process invoices for payment

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience with accounting systems and procedures.
Navigate and problem solve in Navision software.
Intermediate excel skills.
Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
Detail oriented with a strong desire to work with numbers.
Multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
Problem solving and resolution skills.
Team player
