Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

GBH is in search of a Housing Support Specialist. Qualified candidate will provide rehabilitative support to clients in the Genesis Adult Supportive Housing Program, Assist clients to maintain community or shared living challenges by teaching activities of daily living and personal care; promotes independent and productive habits to clients in the community. Also develops other programs and activities which promote the introduction to and the integration of the client into the community. Must be able to work flexible hours.
Completes all necessary supportive documentation reports. Participates in the treatment planning process.

There are two positions available.

  1. Monday through Friday, 5pm to 8pm, part-time, no benefits

    1. Saturday and Sunday, noon to 8pm, part-time, no benefits

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Candidates are subject to a criminal and motor vehicle check.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
