Job Description


A great opportunity to provide individual, group and family therapy through a case management service model. Develop and implement with families, individual service plans. Provides home based services to children and families. Facilitates community integration and collaboration. Provides assessment, monitoring, support and crisis intervention. Fulfills productivity and documentation requirements.


Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Candidates are subject to a criminal and motor vehicle check.


MUST HAVE a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services. 3-5 years relevant experience with children and families preferred. Family Systems training preferred. LCMHC or LICSW perferred
