Mechanical Customer Service Administrator
Our client, a fast-paced, steadily growing company, located near Amherst NH is seeking a Mechanical Customer Service Administrator to field all inbound customer calls regarding the Companys line of high-tech manufacturing equipment.
Responsible for answering basic technical questions, talking the customer through diagnostic procedures, generating service and parts related quotations, tracking and following up on returns for repair (RMAs), documenting service cases; following up and working closely with technicians, shipping and accounting departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Some experience with IT and computer hardware would be a plus, however, this is not an IT support position.
Must be extremely organized, with a positive attitude, possess strong methodical and technical diagnosis skills, be highly motivated with outstanding customer service and support skills. Specific product training will be provided.
This is a great junior level opportunity for a recent graduate with some internship experience or for someone with one to three years related experience. We are looking for a team player. This person will be cross-trained as back-up for other positions and will help out as needed in other departments. There is tremendous growth potential within the company.
Occasional travel (15 20%) to customer sites to resolve issues with a Field Service Technician is required.
