Job Description

Per diem positions. Provide supervision of residents habilitation programs structures therapeutic milieu within
the residence, training in skills of daily living, monitors medication distribution, provides case management
activities, facilitates community integration and participates in the provision of crisis care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Services. Related work experience and good driving record required.

Hours: Part-Time
