Project Coordinator/Business Analyst
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management of assigned projects; including project leadership, resource planning, detailed project plans and scheduling, client communication, asset coordination, internal team management, deliverables review and presentation, launch coordination and ongoing client relationship management.
Maintain a high level of communication with internal and external teams; providing clear, tactful, and complete directives, realistic deliverable deadlines and prompt feedback.
Work side-by-side with project and departmental team members in a hands-on capacity in order to ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations.
Identify, formulate strategies to address, and oversee the resolution of business process issues and improvements to internal processes.
Maintain thorough understanding of existing service offerings and awareness of technical and business direction.
Follow PM Resource Documents and guidelines.
Takes business requirements, interpretes, and assists in designing Sharepoint solutions
Work with Business Department Managers/Leadership to design and develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities, and develop changes that would make the SharePoint environment a more effective solution. Interpret requirements and understand technical design documents, unit test, system test and implementation plans for small to complex projects.
Maintain and administer Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis; as well as perform as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert in development (SME). Provide technical guidance to the team in the technologies related to the development and support of an Enterprise SharePoint environment.
Interpretes business requirements for their SharePoint and Office System based solutions and creates the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach
Use judgment and creativity to meet requirements/specifications as provided by business analysts. Ability to talk with various stakeholders about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information
Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for SharePoint 2010 solutions
Improves Sharepoint methodology
Collaborates with training teams and stakeholders to create customer specific training packets, content, and sessions that quantifiably increases user skills.
Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, conducting survey or other methods
Develop and manage process improvement application sites
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Some college education
2-3 years formal project management experience with full project inception to completion experience
MCTIP (MCITP: SharePoint Administrator 2010) desired
Experience in the collections industry desirable
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
Expirience with Sharepoint
Understands and practices principles of Risk management
Understands and practices principles of requirements management
Understands and practices principles of change management
Ability to provide end user support
Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients
Cloud Computing concepts
