Job Description

This will be a 15-20 hours per week position. Those hours will fall during normal business hours and can be flexible.

Qualifications include superior verbal and written communication skills, a professional and friendly phone presence, strong organizational skills, and an ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly. Adeptness in all Microsoft office applications is a necessity, as is experience with professional correspondence. A background in Financial Services and a security license are strongly preferred, as is a BA in a related field.

The duties of this role include verbal and written communication with clients, preparing proposals and client presentations, submission and diligent tracking of all new business cases through completion, maintaining a client relationship management system, and general administrative support.
