Job Description

Accounting Internship

Assist Plant Controller with routine month-end closing process as needed this may include but not limited to account reconciliations, journal entries and research projects. Additional duties include:
Assist in preparing daily cost reporting and plant performance reporting to ensure timely and accurate information for management.
Tracks capital investment project spending and accumulates fixed asset costs for appropriate and timely capitalization.
Other job assignments may include filing, running reports and other assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
Must be a full-time student currently enrolled for the Spring semester
Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics
Must have a minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0
Sophomore or Junior status, would consider a December 2014 graduate
Must be available to work a minimum of 10-15 hours a week and work 40 hours during the summer

Human Resources Internship

The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR department with day-to-day responsibilities that are crucial to our operations. The HR Intern will engage with associates at various levels of the organization and provide a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Assists with the on-boarding of new associates including new hire paperwork, badges and orientation.
Assists in the planning and coordinating of employee events and training.
Assist in recruiting including posting requisitions, coordinating candidate phone and on-site interviews.
Assist in creating and managing weekly communications
Job Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited university or college.
Must be obtaining a bachelor's degree in English, Psychology, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, Communications, Management or Philosophy.
Must have a minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0
Sophomore or Junior status, would consider a December 2014 graduate
Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours a week and work 40 hours during the summer
