Electrical Engineering Management Associate

Gerdau is currently seeking applicants for our Electrical Engineering Management Associate positions in various locations (see below for locations). The Management Associate will be a part of a program designed for highly talented and motivated graduates who have an interest in, and commitment to, a career with a company that creates value for its customers, employees, shareholders and communities through the engagement of its people and the excellence of its operations.
The Management Associate Program is an intensive 24-month program that utilizes on-the-job training, classroom training, coaching and ongoing mentorship by senior management.
The overall program includes development of managerial, interpersonal, analytical, and general business skills. During your two year training program with Gerdau, you will develop a core understanding of Gerdau business systems and culture that will help prepare you for a leadership role within the company.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree from a recognized accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering
2013/2014 college graduate recently completed or be in the process of completing degree
Minimum of a 3.0 accumulative GPA is required
Previous manufacturing industry experience preferred
Willingness to relocate after the two-year program will offer further career growth opportunities

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment and/or on the job training visa status (e.g. H1B or OPT)
