Summary: Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers and related hardware and software; Experienced in Windows-based operating systems and applications including MS Office Suite; Working knowledge of Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting skills; Formal technical education (A+, MCDST) is a plus.
· support the IT Manager in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
· Perform website updates / maintenance
· Assist with current projects
o Pocket PC inventory / Refurbish / sale
o Goggle Apps migration
· Software/Hardware inventory on all company computers and devices
o Remove unwanted software / malware
o Ensure system updates are applied
o Verify backups are running correctly
o Remove outdated printers / add new ones as needed
o Recommend system modifications and process improvements to reduce user problems and increase user productivity.
· Provide Level I / Level II support for internal helpdesk calls
o Provide up to Level II support for problem tickets and logs, using current helpdesk system, include clear and concise problem descriptions and/or resolution comments when either closing the support ticket or referring to next level support.
o Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers.
o Run software updates backups when requested
o Use Go To Assist for remote troubleshooting

This position is set for 15 hours/week at $10.00/hour
