The Information Technology Group provides a wide range of technology service and support for the students, faculty, and staff of Keene State College. The IT Group is responsible for providing the campus with a reliable, flexible and secure technology infrastructure and the delivery of information technology services in support of academic excellence and efficient administrative services. We value customer service, partnerships, continued process improvements, project management methodologies and technical prowess. The IT Group HelpDesk provides assistance with computing, network, hardware, software, and telecommunications problems and questions. The IT Group collaborates with campus staff in providing training and instructional services to students, faculty, and staff in the use of information technology. With a lean HelpDesk staff, we rely on our first rate student technicians to provide quality first-level support for campus technology inquiries. IT Organization CITC is the body charged with overseeing the technology strategic plan. The CIO for Keene State College is Laura Seraichick.
